New to exploring the "wild" after a lifetime indoors. I started off listening to and identifying birds with Merlin and then found this site! If I have mis-identified anything it's purely because I am a novice, I appreciate explanations when my identifications are corrected. :)

My latest interest is the minutiae on the trails like mosses, lichens, fungi, aphids, slime molds, etc. I just purchased a Canon Rebel T7 so my images should be sharper, and I can find more things.
