I have worked for the Queensland government in far north Queensland for over 23 years now in the threatened species space on everything from frogs to freshwater turtles. Currently my job is dominated by sea turtle and marine mammal work. As well as turtles and cetaceans I am particularly interested in the conservation of the marine environment generally and specifically marine protected area management, fish and fisheries.

Having recently rediscovered the scuba diving bug after a 20 year absence I find myself enjoying being able to do something useful with my blurry fish and other marine creature photos.
