I love discovering new species of plants in the cape floral kingdom.
I am 13 years old and like getting out and exploring local mountains like the Hottentots Holland. I am a big fan of restios and proteas of the cape. I also visit the Texas hill country sometimes where there is a wide variety of oaks, daisies and yuccas.
My aim is to get people (including me) to understand the importance of identifying restios of the southwestern cape. There are many species of restios that many people are not familiar with in the Helderberg region and across the southwestern cape. I am still learning how to identify restios and other related plants myself.
Besides botany, I also enjoy linguistics, chemistry, ecology and music, especially the drums. I would like to see countries like Argentina, Spain, France, and Polynesia.

Me encanta descubrir nuevas especies de plantas en el reino floral del cabo.

Tengo 13 años y me gusta salir y explorar montañas locales como Hottentots Holland. Soy un gran fan de los restios y las proteas de la capa. También visito la región montañosa de Texas a veces, donde hay una gran variedad de robles, margaritas y yucas.

Mi objetivo es hacer que la gente (incluyéndome a mí) entienda la importancia de identificar los restos de la capa suroeste. Hay muchas especies de restios con las que muchas personas no están familiarizadas en la región de Helderberg y en el suroeste del cabo. Todavía estoy aprendiendo a identificar los restos y otras plantas relacionadas yo mismo.

Además de la botánica, también disfruto de la lingüística, la química, la ecología y la música, especialmente la batería. Me gustaría ver países como Argentina, España, Francia y Polinesia.
