Spanish Lake Magicicada Walk

My first Cicada in Spanish Lake Park. Either they're nearly extirpated from this area, or there's just very few early emergers here.

Second one ever in Spanish Lake County Park. Between the previous observation and this one, I was searching everywhere for them

Spanish Lake Cicada Walk Cicada number 7. 5 and 6 were getting eaten by birds.

Spanish Lake Cicada Walk Cicada number 11. Number 10 was a male Magicicada tredecassini singing alone in the trees. I guess he'll get all the chicks, as there's practically no competition here. Lol
