Where were you when it happened? 200M happened!
I was uploading observations! It happened between 4 and 5 pm Sunday. The system doesn't refresh automatically, so I'm not sure exactly when. It was at 199,917,something for the longest time and then jumped to 200,004,something all of a sudden.
Since you were in the process of uploading when the threshold was reached, I think we should just assume you uploaded the 200 millionth (or at least close to it). Congratulations!
LOL! me and the thousands of people who were uploading their weekend finds! We all win!
