I am an amateur naturalist particularly interested in the oak savanna, sand dune, dry sand prairie, aspen, and riverine ecosystems unique to the Fertile Sand Hills, as well as glacial Lake Agassiz beach ridge prairies and wetlands in central Polk County in northwest Minnesota.
