I am a field and computational biologist by training. I studied millipedes and salamanders during undergraduate and then moved into genomics during grad school. These days I study cancer for a career and try to get out into the field as much as I can for my hobby. I spend most of my time flipping logs and searching for herps and arthropods but occasionally also add in some birds and mammals for fun. I would also like to learn more about mushrooms and will be posting photos looking for IDs.
