I am a dive instructor working for the GVI marine conservation base in the Sian Ka'an reserve in Quintana Roo, Mexico. I began here as a volunteer but found such a strong passion for teaching others about the importence and beauty of the underwater world that i made it my goal to do so. I now teach other volunteers first to dive, then to monitor the general health of the MesoAmerican Barrier Reef. I specialise in Reef Fish but also have a keen interest in the coral, algae, marine invertebrates and bird species that we have within this region.
