I am a French amateur naturalist and photographer, who likes to travel a lot! My wife and I are currently traveling around Australia and trying to see as much wildlife as we can along the way.

I don't have a specialty, I enjoy pretty much everything, either on land or underwater. The Olympus TG-6 I started with has really driven me towards macro stuff though. Flowers, insects, fungi, and of course my first true love: nudibranchs, sea slugs and flatworms!

Professionnally, I have worked several years on IUCN Red Lists: first national Red Lists in France (all kinds of groups) and then with the New Caledonia Plants Red List Authority. I have met and exchanged with a lot of incredible naturalist experts from different fields, and they all inspired me in some way to go out and take a closer look at the wildlife.

Traveling around Australia since April 2023, currently on the East Coast.
