I am interested in two main moth projects: Tussock moths (Lymantriinae) of the World and the biodiversity of the Moths of British Columbia.

We still have so much to learn, new species and records for BC are found fairly frequently so we all can have lots to contribute.

If you are interested in Moths and Butterflies of BC you can check out the site.
We also have a monthly MS Teams call to share BC relevant Lepidoptera information on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm pacific. Contact me here if you want me to add you to the meeting notification mailing list for the invites.

Picture identification will always be prone to error as not all characters are fully represented or available for assessment. I do make mistakes and will happily correct them.
