Kia ora, I'm a plant ecologist from New Zealand with an interest in everything, but especially plants that grow in cold places. I am particularly enthusiastic about alpine plants, and Subantarctic plants, but I am also a fan of Hymenophyllums (filmy ferns). I have a strong interest in Celmisia (NZ mountain daisies). I enjoy photographing plants and dabble in painting pictures of plants and birds.
I'm based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
