When I was a toddler, my dad showed me a small pill bug. I watched it roll up into a ball in my hand, and something about this experience triggered something in my brain that persists to today. I have always felt awestruck for wildlife and ecology!

Life is about experiences, to which nature has endless; I will certainly pass before I see every insect or every fish in the world, so I have no doubt I will always have something new in my life as long as I keep looking!

I am working to become an entomologist, and my goal is to one day improve the ways humans and insects interact. Currently I'm a bit obsessed with Eleodes beetles, so please reach out if you're knowledgeable on their identification!
