I am an environmental scientist with a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management, Bachelor of science (honours) and a PhD from Western Sydney University. My PhD was on stormwater management looking into performance enhancement of raingardens, through substrate amendment.

Professionally I have worked in the environmental sector for over 10 years, working for a range of private and government agencies, in both water and vegetation management
Currently work for the City of Sydney Council as it's Urban Ecology Coordinator.

I am capable in plant, aquatic macroinvertebrate and common terrestrial fauna identification.

I am most interested in urban ecology, and how to protect and enhance the biodiversity in our cities, parks, gardens and backyards.
