Bob O'Kennon, Research Botanist at Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT) in Fort Worth, Texas. Study, research, and publish articles and books on the Flora of Texas. Presently describing several new species from Texas. Also, very interested in all wildlife including birds, reptiles, insects, and arachnids, not necessarily in that order. I have 100,000's of images of all things in nature that eventually I will be sharing. I am most interested in the flora and fauna of Texas. I conduct field research for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the Texas Nature Conservancy, the National Park Service (mostly Big Bend National Park and the Big Thicket National Preserve), US Fish and Wildlife Service, and the US Forest Service, helping to document flora and fauna in their parks throughout Texas and beyond. I will be happy to monitor new additions to iNaturalist for correct identifications.
