I am the senior manager for WWF-SA's Land and Biodiversity Stewardship Portfolio and have been working with protected area expansion around South Africa for over 27 years.

I have a range of interests and hobbies including astrophotography, macro photography (mostly plants, fungi and invertebrates), landscape and weather photography. I am also a karateka and musician.

I'm based in Newcastle KZN South Africa but travel around SA a lot because of the teams I oversee and partnerships I manage in the protected area expansion space.
