I am Professor of Botany at the University of Seville interested in answering questions about the evolution, ecology and conservation of plant species. I did my PhD on hybridization patterns of the genus Phlomis in the Iberian Peninsula and currently most of my research focuses on evolutionary patterns in the genus Helianthemum.
