Hello all,

I'm Nikhil, a sixteen-year-old amateur birdwatcher and aspiring photographer based in Jacksonville, Fl. Despite my age, I've been fortunate enough to embark on incredible journeys across the United States and beyond in pursuit of photographing wildlife across the globe with my dad, Vim. Our combined efforts have unveiled 360 bird species so far, a number we hope will continue to grow.

While many of our birding efforts have been centered within Florida, my dad and I have explored eleven national parks and spent countless hours outdoors searching for wildlife. Whether I am walking the beaches at Huguenot Memorial City Park, scanning the vast grasslands of Payne's Prairie, or hiking the steep slopes of the Rocky Mountains, the birding experience remains the same: an ascension to an avian realm of harmonious captivation.

I am committed to extending our love of nature to a broader audience. Through sharing our experiences and encounters, I aim to ignite a spark in others that urges them to invest their time, energy, and passion in conserving and protecting our planet's precious natural inhabitants.

There's a song lyric from the song "Breathe (In the Air)" by English rock band Pink Floyd that I hold close to my heart: "And all you touch and all you see / Is all your life will ever be". I encourage you all to expand your horizons and look for beauty in the nature around you, because at the end of the day, your experiences define who you are.
