After some confusion, I'm reasonably certain this is Acacia disparrima. Greyish-green foliage, main veins aren't as prominent as the two black wattle species, and the small veins all seem to run parallel to each other. The trunk is a bit paler and smoother than I'd expect, but the tree is not fully grown so maybe that changes over time.
