Walpole Bioblitz - Site 14 Rock on Renzo
Pretty sure it's a wattle. Grows to about 8 m or so. Unsure if it's endemic to this area.
Visited on several nights at about midnight, each time coming from the same direction
Banksia ilicifolia greeted us today at the pre-walk to the National Science Week 2015 Event with Murdoch Branch of Wildflower Society of WA et al.

Field Notes - This little one was trying to dry out on the gutter after the rain. Very beautiful but I have no idea what it is.
On 'peaches and cream' grevillea. Black inky secretion when disturbed.
