I think P. luricinis may be more accurate for the PNW, but I'll let somebody more knowledgeable correct me. On conifer (perhaps western hemlock or doug fir) in mixed urban forest, sea level.

Growing on pine duff in forest. Pileus grey, striate, lighter and ruffled irregularly at the margins. Lamellae light grey, free. Stipe whitish grey with a yellowish base.
