Its definitely not Scarus hoefleri (which I often observe in this location) or Sparisoma choati (which I have not observed, the coloring also looks quite different). Live specimens are frequently seen but hard to photograph so I decided to upload this recently dead one on the sea floor found at 3m depth about 80m from shore.

I have never seen this species swim before.
Fish looked like it was laying on it's side. about 30cm long
