Growing on dead grass under Eriogonum fasciculatum (no flowering stalk to grass so I couldn’t identify)

Growing on moist, decomposing wood inside of a hollowed out, decomposing, old growth Pseudotsuga menziesii, just off the side of the Saratoga Gap Trail
Gelatinous white to orange-ish "icicles" with a tapered and slightly hairy attachment point to substrate
Smell indistinct
Whole sporocarps fluoresce bright yellow yellow
Locally common in montane wetland
