It's been a while since I've visited Cobblestone Trail Park. I love this little park, even though many of the visitors clutter it up with drugs, trash, and other crap. Nature persists here! :)

T. ubicki? Beneath rock in seep/spring area.

Found in a used automotive part received from elsewhere; presumably originating from within the native range of the brown recluse.

Specimen given to me by Sammie Jo Wislofsky.

Bioblitzing at Clear Creek for the 2023 City Nature Challange!

The last day of the City Nature Challenge 2023! Of course, I HAD to get out to Tandy Hills to engage with nature and spot some things I didn't see this weekend.

ID based on chelicerae color and black markings underneath legs except at the femur, where it is light tan. Female likely, as the hole is probably 3/4" in diameter.
