There were thousands of these little blobs in the water column. They seemed to be pulsing.

These two were hiding in an empty Lewis's Moon Snail shell while waiting for the tide to come in.

Eggs.

Herring eggs? There was a carpet of this on the beach, but surprisingly the nearby gulls were not that interested

Some sort of eggs at a night time low tide. Doing a little searching I thought maybe Sculpin, but I’m not sure!
