A parasitic wasp that attacks Rhagoletis flies. When it was collected it was inside a Rhagoletis batava puparium. It took a few weeks of warm temperature for it to hatch. Some experts guess that it's a Phygadeuon wiesmanni, but it's impossible to tell for certain because these aren't very well studied wasps.
