On 6/21/23 at Heron Pond, Munroe Falls Metropark in Summit County I observed a pair of Four-spotted Skimmers in a mating wheel. It lasted about 10 seconds after which the female immediately began to oviposit along the shoreline in shallow water.
6/21 - Champaign Co - approx dozen males attempting rendezvous with ovipositing female.
Springville Marsh looks to have them, but someone with a better camera for distance from the observation blind would be needed. Came up blank in some other areas of Seneca County.
