Today I walked around Brighton as I was on my way to PULSE service. The weather was nice, it was around 64 degrees and not windy. It was a little cloudy and overcast, but still was an enjoyable day. I started my walk by the Boston College Brighton campus and there were many different kinds of trees. The different trees all had leaves that were turning colors of orange, red, and yellow hues, with piles at the base of the trunk. Some of the trees had most of their leaves fallen off leaving behind the barren branches. I observed that everything that was once bright green has now dulled down and browned. There lots of dead leaves on the ground as I walked around indicating that we are in the full swing of fall. I saw a tree that reminded me of a Christmas Tree because of it's distinguishing shape and firs. I also saw a bright orange flower growing near the ground. As I walked to my service I was amazed to see the natural colors of fall and observing the transformation the plants are going through in this time of year.
