@dysm Usually where there are more than a few observations I like to leave it for a time for comments/ disagreements to be worked out. But this one has been sitting for long enough and no one seems to have any objection. I'll commit and resolve the flag.

@kitty12 I don't normally do swaps so I am unsure of the etiquette. Is there a reason it was drafted and not committed? Is it to wait and see if POWO taxonomy changes or something?
