Bill is Director and Curator of Invertebrates at the Orma J. Smith Museum of Natural History, The College of Idaho, Caldwell, Idaho USA and Investigador Adjunto, Museo de Arthropodos, Depto, de Biologia de la Conservacion, Centro de Investigaion Cientifica y de Educacion Superior de Ensenada, B.C., (CICESE), Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Interests include entomology, natural history, biodiversity and field ecology in the western United States and the Baja California Peninsula. Taxonomic interests focus on the ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) and beetles (Coleoptera). Mary has travel and field experience and assists with collection and curation of specimens. We have built a house in the San Felipe area and welcome scientists working in Baja California.
