I am an Environmental Educator with a BS in Enviro Sci. I taught in Southeastern PA for 7 years and am now living in Tidewater, VA.
Photographing and identifying all varieties of organisms is a learning experience to me. Here and on FB ID pages I get corrections and identification clues from more experienced or specialized people. So many are willing to share their knowledge!
I am also a booster of citizen science and if my postings here can be of some small use that is gratification enough for me.
Off-line I create my own guides with the pictures, nomenclature, natural histories, locations, and other information on the same organisms I post here.
