Species I've worked with in the field: Yosemite toad (Anaxyrus canorus), Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog (Rana sierrae), common coqui (Eleutherodactylus coqui).

I've studied presence of Bd in southwest US amphibians, fungal pathogens in aphids, gut symbionts in honey bees and species boundaries in the Selenops debilis group.
