Postdoc at University of Arkansas studying arthropod diversity and evolution. I am currently working on Parasitengona (velvet mites and water mites) and American purse-web spiders (Atypidae: Sphodros).

Although mites and spiders take up much of my time these days, I am broadly interested in many groups, especially herps (including birds) and essentially every corner or Arthropoda. As a naturalist, I am always learning new groups and am especially devoted to gaining familiarity with local species.

I am blown away by the awesomeness of iNaturalist as a platform and as a wonderful group of people. It is a consistent joy of mine to interact with those of you who bring me your questions, graciously send me specimens, and who actively contribute to my research projects. If you would like to be a part of my active projects (velvet mites or Sphodros), please contact me and we can make it work. I enjoy adding to my publications those who put in the extra work. Anyway, thank you all!
