I'm passionate about understanding how fire maintained natural communities, and putting it back to work on the land. I have a particular interest in plants and butterflies. My educational background is in forestry, I spent 10 years working on the prairies of the South Sound. Currently I work for Washington State Parks as a steward for natural resources.
