Hello! My name is Betsy Marsh and I love exploring nature and helping to restore natural areas. Native Texas plants stole my heart years ago and I have been working to create native plant gardens and restore native habitat for many years.

I currently lead youth conservation education programs for the Tarrant Regional Water District. We strive to help children and their families appreciate, conserve, and protect our precious water resources. Prior to this position, I developed the GO Wild environmental education program for the City of Grapevine.

I am a graduate of UT, Austin and the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources. I have had the privilege to work with many passionate indigenous, environmental, and human rights advocates from the U.S. and Latin America while working for several non-profit organizations.

I love iNaturalist because it gets folks excited about the incredible diversity of life around us. It is great to be a part of the iNat community and learn from all the super smart naturalists here and around the globe. Please send me a message if you have a common interest!
