Undertaking a Ph.D in Rutiliini systematics (Diptera: Tachinidae: Dexiinae).

Area of expertise: Rutiliini, and some of their calyptrate lookalike taxa. Some familiarity with other Dexiinae, and the more distinct-looking taxa in the other tachinid subfamilies (Australian fauna).
