Arkansas Fish Bioblitz!

Fish are one of the less documented groups on iNaturalist, so I'm going to hold a fish statewide fish bioblitz! Whoever posts the most fish species observed between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021, will win one free Mystery Tackle Box. https://shopkarls.com/mtb

Rules:

1). All posted fish must be wild. No aquarium fish.
2). Fish can be caught through any legal means. The fish don't have to be your own catches; you can photograph other people's catches, but YOU must be the photographer.
3). Observe all state regulations. If I see evidence of law-breaking (e.g., going over catch limits, trespassing) you will be disqualified.
4). You have until January 15th of next year to identify your fish. I will then announce the winner!
5). Fish must be posted in the Biodiversity of Arkansas project.

Can you find this Arkansas Plant?

@theo_witsell has published a new book, Trees, Shrubs, and Woody Vines of Arkansas. In this video by The Ozark Society, Theo talks about some rare plants in his book. One of them is the American Barberry, which wasn't known to exist in Arkansas until Theo found a museum specimen collected in 1888. Theo hopes that people will go out and try to find it. Wouldn't it be cool if an iNat user was to find one? I know I'm going to make more trips to Arkansas to look for it! I plan on making a weekend trip to Hot Springs National Park this spring to look for plants!
