This is growing in a raised flower bed that is full of soil but currently devoid of any deliberate plantings.

This raised flower bed is at the base of the very large building for which the street address is 305 E 86th Street. That one huge building wraps around from 86th St onto 2nd Avenue (where at street level it is currently a large CVS pharmacy), and also wraps some distance onto E 87th St between 2nd Ave and 1st Aves. The raised bed there faces north and has a lush growth of weeds. That is where I photographed this.
