A ginger invaion covering many square metres has recently been cut and pasted with herbicide. Some of the stems were today lifted off reveg and left covering pasted stem bases or moved further uphill towards the road, covering ground where there is little reveg

fronds could have been bent back from Native Plant Trail by recreational reserve users, or could have broken due to some kind of branchfall - but no evidence of either.
