FL Panhandle. Pretty sure these are hybrids. They are within 1m of S. rosea plants and S.flava plants but they look a lot like S. rubra gulfensis. However, the year old leaves are notably pubescent to the touch. Not going to mess around with the new leaves just yet, they are quite delicate. The S. rubra gulfensis that are glaberous are about half a mile away and there are no confirmed plants in this patch. S. flava & S. rosea do have slightly overlapping flowering seasons in this patch for at least 2020 and 2021.

FL Panhandle Hybrids. There are S. flava, S. rosea & S. psittacina in this patch at the bottom of the seepage slope. There is a separate patch of S.rubra gulfenesis upstream, so plausible mingling during floods.
